Peanut oil refining process:
Generally speaking, the process operation flow of peanut oil refining equipment includes four sections of degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization.
Degumming section: Add hot water to the crude oil to agglomerate the soluble impurities in the crude oil sol into agglomerates. Then it is separated by sedimentation to remove peptic impurities.
Deacidification section: Add lye to the crude oil to neutralize the free fatty acids in the crude oil with the lye to remove free fatty acids. The by-product of deacidification is saponins, which is the raw material for soap production.
Decolorization section: Add white to the crude oil soil, and use the adsorption of the clay to remove the pigment and other impurities in the crude oil. After decolorization, the color of peanut oil meets national standards.
