Salad oil preparation generally needs to go through several sections for processing:
Raw material → pretreatment → pressing → (leaching) → refining → (dewaxing)
When purchasing raw materials, it is necessary to check the quality of raw materials to reduce mildew, so as to reduce the content of harmful substances such as aflatoxin in the oil, which is convenient for subsequent processing and is conducive to the improvement of oil quality.
Because the oil contains impurities and different moisture content, the oil needs to be pre-treated when squeezing and leaching, so as to ensure the oil yield of the raw material, reduce equipment loss and improve the quality of oil.
The oil pretreatment and pressing process is as follows:
Cleaning → stone removal → crushing → steaming and frying → pressing → filtration → secondary filtration → crude oil
The pretreatment of the oil can effectively remove the impurities of the raw material, destroy the structure of the oil, optimize the oil outlet channel, adjust the temperature and moisture into the press, and improve the flavor of the oil. Small tonnage and high oil oil can be directly squeezed. Different pressing processes can be selected according to the different oils. The cold pressing process through precise temperature and moisture adjustment can preserve the unique substances in the oil. Compared with the cold pressing of the oil, the hot pressing by raising the temperature can greatly improve the oil performance. Flavor and oil yield. Large-tonnage high-oil-bearing oils can undergo a pre-expression leaching process to further reduce the amount of residual oil in the cakes and increase the economic benefits of enterprise production.
Oil refining is a key step in the production of salad oil. Oils with less wax fat content, such as soybean oil, rapeseed oil, etc., can obtain salad oil that meets national standards through this process. The process flow is as follows:
Crude oil → degumming → alkali refining → hydration → decolorization → gassing → deodorization → cooling → salad oil
The purpose of oil refining is to remove impurities, fatty acids, phospholipids, color, odor, etc. in the oil, so that the crude oil obtained by pressing and leaching can be upgraded from the fourth-grade oil to the national standard first-grade oil (salad oil). According to the tonnage of crude oil processed and the customer’s budget, QIE oil refining equipment has three optional programs, intermittent refining, semi-continuous refining, and full continuous refining.
1. Intermittent refining is suitable for production lines with an output of less than 20t/d. This process has less investment, flexible production, and can be used for peak-shift production according to different electricity prices;
2. Semi-continuous refining can generally be used for projects with an output of 1-100t/d. The process equipment occupies a small area and the production efficiency is high, which is convenient for cross-refining of different oil types;
3. Full continuous refining is generally used for projects with a capacity of 50t/d for continuous production of more than 2 weeks. The process production efficiency is high, the water and electricity consumption is low, and it is easy to realize automatic control.
